Custom Injection Mold Nears Completion and Enters First Mold Trial Stage

Recently, our factory has been working on a new custom injection mold project for one of our customers. After several stages of mold design, CNC machining, EDM processing, polishing, assembly, and internal inspection, the mold is now close to completion and ready to enter the first mold trial stage.

The first mold trial, also known as the T1 trial, is an important step in the injection mold manufacturing process. During this stage, our engineering and production teams will test the mold on an injection molding machine to check the part structure, dimensions, appearance, fitting performance, and overall mold operation.

Before the trial, our technicians carefully inspect the mold structure, cooling system, ejector system, parting line, sliders, inserts, and other key components to ensure the mold can run smoothly and safely. This helps us identify and solve potential issues before mass production.

Through the T1 mold trial, we will collect real production data and molded samples for further evaluation. If necessary, our team will make professional adjustments to improve product quality, molding stability, and production efficiency.
